Compress 是一款簡單易用又快速的影片壓縮或減肥軟體，支援幾乎所有影片格式且支援繁體中文長檔名。這款免費軟體介面親和直覺，在程式主視窗只有三個按鈕，最大按鈕為「Drag here」，只要把要壓縮的影片拖放至此，或點擊按鈕來開啟要壓縮的影片檔，程式就會開始進行壓縮。另兩個按鈕分別為「Faster encode」和「Better quality」。這兩個壓縮選項預設為 Faster encode，若您想要的是 Better quality，那麼在壓縮之前須先做切換。
就 Faster encode 和 Better quality 這兩個壓縮選項而言，前者壓縮速度比較快、影片品質會降低、壓縮後檔案比較小，而後者壓縮速度比較慢、影片品質不會降低、壓縮後檔案略小於原檔，但也可能大於原檔。壓縮完成後，程式會自動開啟影片存放的位置 (影片所在的資料夾)。
由於這款軟體的主要訴求在於簡單易用及超快的壓縮速度，所以介面簡潔清爽，甚至不提供軟體的版本說明，使用者只能在「安裝與解除安裝」項目中查到。再者，目前程式並未提供壓縮暫停 (Pause) 或停止 (Stop) 功能，或許因為壓縮速度超快，程式開發者認為這兩個功能純屬多餘！
