Close All Windows 是一款相當實用的工具，對於喜歡同時執行多個程式的人尤其便利，因為它可讓您一鍵瞬間關閉多個或所有已經開啟的應用程式和視窗。這款免費軟體簡單易用，啟動後會列出目前所有正在執行中的應用程式或已開啟的視窗，預設為全選 (亦即關閉所有應用程式和視窗)，但您可取消勾選不想關閉的應用程式或視窗，然後按下「OK」鍵，它就會快速地關閉多個或所有程式和視窗。

尤有甚者，這款工具程式幾乎未耗用任何系統資源，它完成工作後馬上就卸載，僅對桌面上所有已開啟的應用程式閃一下稍縱即逝的「Close」信號，然後連自己也關閉了。另外，在這款軟體開啟時，您可隨時手動按 F5 重新整理 (Refresh) 以取得最新的所有已開啟之應用程式和視窗項目，避免「漏網之魚」。另外，在功能選單的「View (檢視)」中，勾選 Sort Tasks 可將所有已開啟的應用程式和視窗按照英文字母排列，而 Use Small Icons 則可將預設的大圖示變成小圖示。

Close All Windows (or CloseAll) is an ultimate task management tool for Windows designed specifically to quickly close multiple applications. CloseAll flashes a ‘close’ signal to the selected applications and then ceases. It doesn’t use any system resources at all, since you run it only when needed. What can be easier than a task list with check boxes and OK button? In addition, you can run it without any UI too!

CloseAll allows you to choose different sorting and grouping options for the task list, double-click groups to select/deselect the whole group, filter apps by typing in any part of their window title or app name, and use individual close buttons to close apps one by one.

The program virtually uses no system resources at all and unloads right after completing its task by flashing a ‘close’ signal to the open applications and then it ceases. You will need to refresh the app to view newly opened items manually but if you find yourself having multiple programs and windows open at the same time the program will come in handy.

The program is indeed very handy if you are running multiple applications at the same time and want all of them to quit instantly.
