ScreenToGif 是一款免費的螢幕錄影工具，免安裝，支援包括繁體中文在內的多國語系。它可錄製全螢幕或螢幕上選定的區域並存成 GIF (循環) 動畫檔。在錄影過程中，您可隨意移動錄製框，讓程式錄下您所需要的區域，亦可隨時調整錄製框的大小。此外，在錄影時，您可繼續進行您的工作，因為它的背景是透明的，只顯示邊緣和控制按鈕。

這款軟體還可讓您隨時暫停錄影，然後再繼續錄影或停止錄影。程式並提供熱鍵 F 來執行這些功能，預設為按下 F7 鍵為暫停、再按 F7為繼續錄影、按 F8 為停止錄影。錄影後您可對動畫進行編輯，包括添加文字、字幕和標題畫格 (frame) 以及加入邊界和進度時間軸。此外，您還可變更畫格延遲時間、裁切、變更大小、匯出畫格及刪除不想要的畫格，抑或對選定的畫格套用動作或進行過濾，亦可讓您以拖放方式將畫格加到編輯器中。

This tool allows you to record a selected area of your screen and save it as a Gif.

The program will permit you to record your screen and save the recording directly to a GIF looped animation. It also allows easy pausing and resuming to record, move, and place the window anywhere to record what you want. You can add text, subtitles, and title frames along with access to edit/export the frames, add filters, revert, make yo-yo style, change frame delay, add borders, and you can continue working on other things even while the program is recording.
