SageThumbs 是一款功能強大的圖片右鍵選單增強工具，可讓使用者直接在檔案總管預覽一、二百種圖檔格式。這款免費軟體透過 GFL 圖庫支援 162 種圖檔格式 (224 種副檔名)。若安裝 XnView 外掛，還可再支援另外 26 種圖檔格式。
這款軟體安裝後就會在圖片右鍵選單增加一個同名的項目，無需執行檔。只要在任何圖片上按滑鼠右鍵，然後點選 SageThumbs，就會出現它的功能選單。它提供的功能包括縮圖、圖片資訊、複製到剪貼簿、設為桌布、以郵件寄出圖片/縮圖、單鍵轉換為 JPG、GIF、BMP、PNG 等常見的圖檔格式等。
另外，這款軟體的右鍵選單還有一項「SageThumbs 選項」，可讓使用者選擇語系及做其他設定。注意：程式預設的安裝語言雖為 Chinese (Traditional) / Hanyu (Fantizi)，但安裝後卻是簡體中文介面，請從該選項的語言選擇「Chinese (Traditional) – 中文(繁體) (中華民國)」，即變成繁體中文介面。

The program is a powerful shell extension allowing to preview an enormous amount of image formats directly in Windows Explorer. As the software is a Windows Explorer context menu extension, there is no executable file that you should launch to bring it up. To use it, just open any folder with image files in Windows Explorer, and then right-click a file you want to preview. You’ll see the thumbnail immediately in the context menu.
